The Lowell Spinners, Class-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, are happy to announce team Vice President and General Manager Tim Bawmann has been named the 2009 New York-Penn League Robert Stedler Executive of the Year.Bawmann, a native of Rock Island, Ill., has been with the Spinners since 2003, earning a promotion to Vice President in January 2007.
